Onie was born in Orléans in 1977. He is a painter, a graphic designer, but also a composer. At a very young age he starts at the Beaux Arts where he learns to sketch nudes, but soon abandons academic training to join the street school and the then emerging graffiti scene. A few years later he returns to studying and follows courses of the Ecole supérieure de Design Graphique et de Communication Visuelle de Blois. Graduating in 1998, he works as a graphic designer until 2003, when he founds the Wall Gallery with Skepa, M.Chat and Skuz.
