Antique earrings from the Biedermeier era in 14 kt / 585 gold. The earrings have lavish baroque ornaments as motifs on the front. In the middle there is an oval disc of black onyx, in the centre of which a gold flower gleams. This decorative element is securely fastened on the back with gold clips, as was customary circa 1880. The earrings have folding ear clips that work perfectly. Overall, the earrings are in excellent condition. The earrings are hallmarked on one earhook with 585 and on the other earring two symbol hallmarks are stamped in the same place. The double hallmark probably indicates the 14 kt alloy.
