Beautiful and rare ice cream maker from the second half of the 19th century by the famous company MORAVIA. How to do it: take some fruit juice, some water, sugar, or eggs, milk cream and sugar, according to your taste, then pour it all into the round metal container and place it in the wooden tub where you previously put the ice, properly crushed and mixed with coarse salt. In this cooling cavity, the container is moved clockwise so that, little by little, the liquid, in contact with the cold outside, becomes solid. As the ice melts the water comes out of the hole made in the bucket. The metal container can hold 2 litres of product.
Dimensions of the bucket: 23 cm diameter,
30 cm height;
weight of approx. 4 kg
