Bauer is a German company and was founded in 1911 as a manufacturer of metal products. Three years later, the company relocated and completely altered its production to that of bicycles and motorcycles. This is a company that has produced bikes for everyone, from children to professional cycling teams. In 1952, the company had its biggest victory, as Heinz Müller won the World Championships on one of their road bicycles. The bikes made by Bauer have that rich history of world champions running through them, as well as the experience of building bikes for the German people.
