A rare and fully original solid 14k yellow gold Omega Pyramid automatic centre seconds mens wristwatch, ref 3985, dating from 1958. A hard to find piece in 100% original and well preserved condition. Only the strap has been changed throughout the years. The solid two-body case has faceted inclined bezel and faceted curved lugs, It measures 28mm x 29mm, excluding the original and Omega signed crown. The case is marked for 14k on the side and on the inside backlid of the watch. Case with typical shape, therefore this model is called "Pyramid". Case is thick and heavy (16 grams case only, without movement) and is in unrestored and excellent condition. Only the back has some scratches, that can easily be polished out, but we left it like it is. Stunning Omega signed ivory dial is in original and excellent condition. Omega signed crystal with small spot in the upper right corner. Movement is the caliber 471 from Omega, first generation full rotor automatic design with 20 jewels. It runs excellent on time. Watch comes on a generic leather strap with some wear. Watch does have the original Omega plated buckle. Watch will be carefully packed and shipped insured with track and trace.
